Hello Mr. Copeland, I wanted to up-date you on just how pleased I am with the product that you have developed. I have been using your YES product on our old PII machine without much memory or hard drive space going on 6 months now. It has operated in the background without fail. At first I was very leery of formatting my hard drive and getting rid of windows and going with your product. With my lack of computer knowledge I probably would never attempted to do this on my own, even though I had a huge business need for your product. Thanks to your personal help in getting me set you got me started and hooked.. That was 6 months ago. Let s talk about today: In addition to the server I have at my office I also have 2 servers in my house that I set up with ease. It is not that my computer skills have improved it is the fact that it is so easy to install. I am still the king of the point and click world and I am not one to read directions or any read me files. The set up was a huge success, again on two very outdated machines - one E-Machine 366 and another old PII. The e-machine died on me around 4 years ago but it has been running smoothly for the last 2 months. I will stand on a stack of bibles for you and swear to the reliability of your software. When you can make an e machine run for any amount of time over a day, you have got something good. Now let s talk about what YES has done for me. I primarily use it to host my own web-sites. Last count I think I have 11 or 12 of them. I love the fact that I have complete control over my material. The web-sites are just informational sites about my business for now, but I am exploring ways to use them for commercial revenue. As my knowledge in your product increases, so does my ability to get the job done. No more paying other people to host my sites, I do all my self, thanks to YES. I also use YES to network my DSL connection in both my office and at home. I love the fast that I can control where my kids can go and how much they can do. With 6 users in the household it hasn't slowed down a bit. A big Hurrah! Thank you again for the chance to use your product. It is dependable and affordable, which is something that you don't see very often.

Artie, What are you using YES for? We are using YES to host our own website, have our own e-mail domain, and increase the stability of our network. How do you like YES? So far, YES has been great. It has met and surpassed my expectations What are the results by using YES and not using YES? When we did not have YES, our network would constantly slow to a crawl or stop working due to people abusing the fact that there was no way to limit bandwidth. But now we have had no such problems. And the web server and e-mail server are added bonuses that help us communicate with each other better. The Ease of Use/User Friendly? The Web Administrator interface is very easy to use and learn. It is quick and provides the necessary information. Do you need to be a computer expert to use YES? For the most part, no. If one plans to do more advanced configurations or setups then a background in Linux and networking might be needed. Also what you think about the Support? Support has been excellent. My inquires have always been responded to quickly and in full. I hope this helps. Overall, I am very impressed with YES.

From an administration point of view YES brings together a lot of services into one easy to use interface. A user with limited internet knowledge can easily administer an entire domain with YES. YES Deluxe is perfect for someone running a small business that wants to quickly and securely open up their market to the internet. After seeing YES Deluxe in action, I immediately started thinking of things to sell online because it was so feature rich and easy to use. Artie, I just want to let you know I was able to quickly and easily configure your product even with my crazy network configuration. YES is awesome. I did as you suggested and used my oldest computer as the YES server attached to the cable modem. The YES server is connected to the HUB and all my other computers on the Network are up and running fantastic. Everything seems so much faster! WOW. My network rocks and I feel so secure knowing I have a wonderful firewall. If you are interested ... I took notes as I was installing in case you want feedback. This is a product I will be telling all my classmates about at PCC (I am attending an A+ certification class on Saturday) and my classmates at PSU (my Senior Project team making education software) and my Planar Systems customers (that are doing web work). Even my Mom owns a small business so I will be telling her about it and probably creating a website for her. (Maybe you should mail some business cards for me to give out....) I need documentation about creating a website using your server. I have some sites that I would like to just copy into the correct directory. I just need to know exactly where. Jeff might be able to help me with the UNIX commands to copy the files on to the server......
